Meet the Happy Hacksters

Tj Warren is the Systems Administrator for SAGE-INC. He maintains the network, servers, and clients for SAGE-INC., and that includes this Happyhacker.org webserver and the wargame on http://project.sage-inc.com. He also wears the support hat for BRICKServer maintenance.

He has over 6 years of experience in computer systems management with Linux and Windows. He has worked in support
for HP and firms in Costa Rica and Phoenix, Arizona as a systems administrator.

Some of his hobbies include a Shoutcast `www.shoutcast.com' server at www.uberchill.com and tweaking Gentoo `www.gentoo.org' Linux.

Carolyn P. Meinel, AKA Clown Princess, is founder and Grand Pooh-bah of the Happy Hacker Empire, and author of The Happy Hacker book. That's Mew Kitty napping on her legs. Read more about her here.
Phil Dibowitz is a UNIX Systems Administrator for the Web Systems team at Ticketmaster. The team manages the Ticketmaster.com infrastructure: roughly 1500 linux systems organized in independent, redundant, and geographically seperate clusters across the US. Phil has worked as a Linux, Solaris, and Network Administrator, and has a BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from USC. He is also the author of iptstate(1), co-founder of the MSS Initiative, and works on IP Filter and the USB Storage driver in the linux kernel. Find out more about Phil at http://www.phildev.net/
Vincent Larsen, AKA "Evil Kernel," is a director of our Hacker Wargames and creator of the BRICKServer web appliance that runs this web site. Vincent is also president of SAGE, Inc.
Mark Ludwig, rogue PhD physicist and one of the world's most talented virus writers, runs American Eagle, which had the guts to publish Meinel's The Happy Hacker book after several major publishing companies chickened out when upper management saw what is in it. He has written the Little Black Book of Computer Viruses, The Giant Black Book of Computer Viruses, the Little Black Book of Email Viruses and many others.
Rhonda Barreras of SAGE, Inc., who arranged for a free T1 for us. Thank you, thank you, Rhonda!
Bill Marchand has over ten years experience in the computer security field. He possesses a vast knowledge of UNIX based operating systems and he is experienced in security penetration, testing, and auditing. Mr. Marchand holds memberships in InfraGard, Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Information Assurance Technical Framework (IATF) Forum, and the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) IP security committee. Mr. Marchand also runs the UnixHQ.org web site (a central source for Unix/Linux security).
